 Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail, fax or email. In case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.
To protect yourself from possible penalties for the cancellation of a booking due to illness or other serious reasons, we recommend you the Hgv European Insurance. (Europäische Reiseversicherung) |
